In the event of needing to use the limited lifetime warranty, customer pays shipping to Florida Stix shop in Maine. upon inspection it will be decided whether it is a manufacturer defect or user error. In the event of manufacturer defect, replacement is available. Defect warranty due to user error can be built on just cost of materials and shipping. We are here to work with you.
